A new enterprise ADMC DASAN, which produces automotive components, was opened in Jizzakh.

On May 27, 2025, the grand opening ceremony of the new modern enterprise ADMC DASAN, specializing in the production of plastic components for automobiles, was held in the "Jizzakh" FEZ. The main products of the plant include front and rear bumpers, door trims, roof rails, center consoles and other important plastic elements of the car body and interior.

ADMC DASAN, a member of the ADM Global group of companies, was established in 2023 as a joint venture with a total value of 13.4 million US dollars. The production area is 0.62 hectares in the "Jizzakh" FEZ. The project is being implemented within the framework of the state strategy for the localization of automotive components and is aimed primarily at the production of components for the Kia Sonet model, and in the future, for all CKD models of ADM Global.

The enterprise has installed a modern technological line, including large-scale thermoplastic machines that accept parts robotically. The plant's production capacity allows for high-precision injection molding under pressure thanks to the Austrian Woojin Plaimm technology with metering and dosing technology:

  • 3,000 tons - for the production of bumpers and instrument panels;
  • 1,800 tons - for center consoles and roof racks;
  • 2 machines of 1,000 tons each for the production of door panels and air intake elements.

Also, the enterprise has a tool shop that allows for the repair of equipment without involving external contractors.

Special attention is paid to the assembly of door trim: for these purposes, a semi-automatic line equipped with limit value sensors and automatic thermal installation equipment is used. In addition, separate stations have been installed for assembling the console floor, luggage compartment and lower part of the instrument panel, as well as equipment for stamping and ultrasonic welding of front and rear bumpers.

At the first stage, the enterprise is designed to supply more than 40 thousand cars with components per year, including storing stocks in warehouses.

Assembling parts will be carried out from OEM subcomponents developed by leading auto concerns Hyundai Motor Group and Kia Motors Corporation, which are supplied from different countries. The main logistics and trade partner of the project is Hyundai Glovis India.

Raw materials for production will be sourced from major global suppliers such as Daeha, LG Chemicals and Samyang from Korea, as well as from a local MEP manufacturer in Tashkent, which will help strengthen and further localize supply chains within the country.

The opening of ADMC DASAN is an important step in the development of this type of automotive component production in Uzbekistan, strengthening the competitiveness of the industrial potential of the Jizzakh region and expanding the opportunities for product localization for international automobile concerns.
