ADM and the Future of Young Professionals

The group of companies continues to collaborate with universities and introduce students to careers in the automotive industry. A Career Day and workshop were organized for students of the Automotive and Industrial Engineering Department at Tashkent State Transport University, with the participation of the holding's representatives.

During the meeting, HR staff discussed vacancies, working conditions, internships, and career advancement at ADM. Students directly asked questions about employment and the requirements for young candidates.

The ADM Jizzakh automobile plant is expanding production and launching new projects, so working with future engineers has become a separate focus. These meetings help students better understand the specifics of the automotive industry, and the company helps identify young candidates while they're still in university.

ADM also supports educational projects and programs for students in technical fields in Uzbekistan.
