ADM and Trianon Energy join forces to develop charging infrastructure in Uzbekistan.

ADM and Trianon Energy join forces to develop charging infrastructure in Uzbekistan. On behalf of ADM, the document was signed by Daniyar Davletiyarov, CEO and shareholder. On behalf of Trianon Energy, it was signed by Philippe Toussaint, founder and managing partner of Allsaint Group Holding S.A. and Chairman of the Group's Investor Council.
The first stage of the collaboration will be a pilot project based at ADM's own and partner dealerships. Plans include the installation of Trianon Energy fast charging stations, as well as the integration of ADM's existing charging infrastructure into a unified digital network.
The partnership includes:
• installation of fast charging stations at ADM dealership sites;
• integration of existing ADM charging stations into the Trianon Energy network;
• technical and operational support for the equipment;
• development of a model for further scaling the network across the country's regions.
Today, Trianon Energy is one of the largest charging infrastructure operators in Uzbekistan. The company manages a network of more than 100 fast charging stations with a capacity of 120 kW and has its own digital platform, mobile app, and monitoring system. For ADM, the project is part of its strategy to develop an urban mobility ecosystem that integrates vehicles, charging infrastructure, maintenance, and digital services.
The project will accelerate the development of electric mobility, more efficiently utilize dealership infrastructure, and offer customers new services.

During the first stage, the pilot will be implemented at ADM sites. The number of sites, equipment composition, investment volume, launch dates, and regions will be determined after a technical survey of the sites. Following the pilot, the parties will evaluate the project's results and decide on further scaling of the collaboration.
The development of charging infrastructure is part of ADM's broader strategy to build an urban mobility ecosystem. As part of this strategy, the company is developing partnerships with technology services, including IZZY, collaborating on the implementation of modern micromobility solutions, digital services, and the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) concept, where different modes of transport complement each other and create a unified, convenient travel environment for users.
