ADM Global and Sojitz Corporation Enter into Strategic Partnership in Uzbekistan’s Automotive Industry

On September 15, 2025, the ADM Global group of companies, the official distributor of Great Wall Motor (GWM) in Uzbekistan, and the Japanese corporation Sojitz Corporation, one of the largest Japanese trade and investment corporations, included in the top 10 global integrated holdings, entered into a strategic partnership agreement. As part of the agreement, Sojitz acquired a stake in the business related to the distribution of cars.

The company operates in more than 50 countries, invests in industry, energy, transport, infrastructure and high technology, manages distribution and production projects.

ADM Global and Sojitz Corporation have been successfully cooperating for more than three years. ADM Global's reliable business model and stable financial results have become key factors for deepening the partnership. The signing of the memorandum of mutual cooperation confirms the high level of trust on the part of Japanese partners and their willingness to invest in the further development of joint projects.
