ADM Jizzakh Plant Through the Eyes of Children: Drawing Competition Results

On September 20, 2025, the ADM Jizzakh plant held a children's drawing competition, "Our Plant Through the Eyes of Our Children." Children of employees not only from the ADM Jizzakh plant but also from the entire ADM Global group of companies participated. The young artists presented their visions of the plant, its future, and the surrounding environment.

First, the children created drawings on paper, and then, with the support of their parents, their works were transferred to the wall of a building located on the plant's premises. Thus, the participants' work became part of the architectural design of the enterprise.

The works were evaluated based on criteria such as creativity and originality, relevance to the theme, color, accuracy, and overall impression. The jury noted the high level of preparation and creativity of all participants.

The winners of the competition were:

• 1st place - Gavkhara Alikulov. Her father, Zhasur Alikulov, is a boiler and compressor support operator at the ADM Jizzakh plant.
• 2nd place - Shakhlo Murodova. Mother: Feruza Mardieva, cleaning the office of the ADM Jizzakh plant's maintenance department.
• 3rd place - Odina Bakhtiyorova. Mother: Khilola Zhumanova, employee of the corporate catering and delegation reception department at the ADM Jizzakh plant.

The winners received well-deserved prizes, and the remaining participants were awarded certificates and souvenirs.

The competition was a vibrant and memorable event that brought children and their parents together and highlighted the importance of family values in corporate culture.
