Kia conquers the market of Uzbekistan: record sales in the first half of 2025

ADM Global Group of Companies, the official distributor of Kia in Uzbekistan, summed up the sales results for the first half of 2025. Over the six months, 11,332 Kia cars were sold on the country's market, which is 58% more than in the same period of 2024. This is a record result and an indicator of a successful strategy aimed at localization and expansion of the model range.

Main growth drivers

The Kia Sonet model was the key growth factor. In January-June 2025, 7,852 cars were sold, which is 12 times more than last year. This reflects the growing interest in modern, technologically advanced and stylish cars of local assembly.

The new version of the Kia K5 sedan, introduced to the market in 2025, also launched successfully. 851 cars were sold in six months, which indicates the high potential of the model in the business class segment.

The Kia Carens model demonstrated an almost eightfold increase: 278 units sold versus 40 in the first half of 2024. Sales of the Kia Carnival also increased significantly - 154 cars, which is 57% more than a year earlier.

Sales of the brand's flagship models also remain at a high level. 867 Kia Sportage cars and 712 Kia Sorento cars were sold in six months. These models continue to enjoy trust due to their high level of comfort, reliability and modern design.

The results of the first half of 2025 confirm the effectiveness of Kia's strategy in Uzbekistan, aimed at expanding the localized model range and flexible adaptation to consumer preferences. The growth in sales of flagship models, strengthening of positions in key SUV and sedan segments, as well as high trust from customers form a stable platform for further development of the brand in the country's market.

The increase in sales volumes in June 2025 is due to the renewal of the model portfolio, increased localization and consistent strengthening of Kia's market position. The company intends to further develop its product line taking into account the specifics of the Uzbek market and the needs of local customers.
