"Our Plant Through the Eyes of Our Children": Children's Drawing Competition for Employees' Children

ADM Jizzakh invites children of employees aged up to 15 to take part in the drawing competition “Our plant through the eyes of our children”. The winner's drawing will decorate the plant wall.

• Application deadline: September 18.
• Competition date: September 20.
• Announcement of winners: September 23.

Who can participate?

• All employees of the ADM Global group of companies and their children.

Theme and style of the works

• Main theme: "How our children see our company, our plant".
• The drawing can be done by a child with the support of one of the parents and one more family member.
• Style: simple and clear forms.
• It is recommended to use bright, cheerful and clear colors.

Application and participation

• Registration through a representative of the HR department (Telegram: @Fazliddin_960M).
• Participants are added to the general list.
• On the day of the competition, children are provided with a workplace.
• 1.5 hours are allotted to complete the work.
• All completed works are submitted to the organizers for consideration.

Evaluation criteria

• Creativity and originality - 40%.
• Compliance with the theme (ADM Jizzakh, water, nature, future) - 25%.
• Colorfulness and clarity of the image - 15%.
• Use of colors and accuracy - 10%.
• Overall impression - 10%.

Prizes

• 1st place - bicycle.
• 2nd place - tablet.
• 3rd place - roller skates.

All participants will receive certificates and memorable gifts.
