Kia car sales grew by +13% in June 2025, Chery by +26% and Haval by +22%.

June 2025 brought significant activation to the Uzbek automobile market: compared to May, sales of Kia, Chery and Haval brands showed steady growth. The indicators increased by 13 percent for Kia, 26 percent for Chery and 22 percent for Haval. This reflects the growing interest of consumers in modern models presented on the market, as well as the active development of dealer infrastructure and affordable financial programs.

Kia

During June, 2,141 Kia brand cars were sold in Uzbekistan. The undisputed leader in terms of sales volume was again the Sonet crossover - 1,420 units, which accounted for 66.3% of the total volume. Next in line were the K5 business-class sedan - 228 units, as well as the Sportage - 181 units, Sorento - 132 units and Carens - 86 crossovers.

The growth in sales of Kia cars was recorded in all regions of the country. The highest share fell on the city of Tashkent - 29 percent. Bukhara region provided 10 percent of the total volume, Tashkent - 9 percent, Samarkand - 8.9 percent and Kashkadarya - 7.2 percent.

Among individuals who bought Kia cars, men prevailed - 62 percent (women - 38 percent, respectively). By age category, buyers aged 30 to 39 years old - 30 percent and buyers aged 40 to 49 years old - 28 percent are most actively interested. Next in line are the 50-59 age group - 20 percent, the 60-69 age group - 11 percent, and the 18-29 age group - 10 percent.

Chery

In June, 1,138 Chery brand cars were sold. The main volume of sales fell on three models: Tiggo 7 Pro crossovers - 376 units and Tiggo 2 Pro - 347 units, as well as the Arrizo 6 Pro sedan - 348 units. These three cars accounted for more than 90 percent of the total volume. The Tiggo 8 Pro crossover, representing the top segment, sold 67 units.

Almost all regions of Uzbekistan observed an increase in sales of Chery brand cars. The highest activity was recorded in Tashkent - 27.8 percent of the total. Next in line are Samarkand - 12.5 percent, Kashkadarya - 11.2 percent, Bukhara and Navoi regions - 8.6 percent each, respectively.

The profile of the Chery brand buyer shows a predominance of a male audience - 66 percent versus 34 percent. The most active buyers are 30-39 years old - 31.4 percent and 40-49 years old - 29.4 percent. Next in line are the 50-59 age group - 18.5 percent, the 18-29 age group - 13.1 percent, and the 60-69 age group - 7.3 percent.

Haval

In Uzbekistan, 883 cars of the Haval (Great Wall Motor) brand were sold in June. The bulk of sales was again provided by the M6 model - 526 crossovers, or almost 60 percent of the total. The second most popular crossover was the Jolion, which amounted to 291 units. The rest was distributed between Dargo crossovers - 33 units, H6 and H9 - 14 units, as well as GWM Wingle 7 pickups - 5 units.

In the first place again is Tashkent - 28.1 percent, followed by Bukhara - 12.3 percent, Kashkadarya - 10.3 percent, Samarkand - 9.4 percent and Surkhandarya regions - 7.6 percent. Positive dynamics of Haval sales was observed in almost all regions.

The gender distribution of Haval buyers among individuals showed a high proportion of men - 72 percent, women - 28 percent. The age structure was traditionally in the range of 30 to 49 years old - a total of 60 percent. Next in line are buyers aged 50-59 - 20.8 percent, the 60-69 age group - 10.5 percent, and the 18-29 age group - 8.7 percent.

Results: stable growth, a reliable position

The results of June confirm the stable development of the Uzbek automobile market. Kia, Chery and Haval showed positive sales growth. The success of the brands is ensured by a balanced model range adapted to the preferences of the local consumer, as well as the continuous operation of the entire dealer network of the brands. The growth of indicators in June demonstrated a high level of confidence in the presented brands and the consumer's willingness to invest in modern, comfortable and reliable cars.
