Roodell Service LLC is the official service center in Uzbekistan for brands including Kia, CHERY, LADA, Renault, HAVAL, Changan and Hyundai Truck & Bus. Founded in 2019, the company currently operates three branches in Tashkent, one in Namangan, and one in Gulistan.
Its staff of 180 includes brand managers, warranty engineers, technical support personnel, and trainers. Mechanics regularly upgrade their skills and secure top positions in national technical competitions.
In 2023, the company’s mechanics took 3rd place in the Kia Skill Cup Competition among all CIS countries. That year, the company’s turnover exceeded 33 billion sums, and over 30,000 clients were served. Roodell Service LLC is also the official distributor of brands such as Rival, Pandora, and Poliplast.
FINCOM Leasing Group, part of ADM Global, is Uzbekistan’s largest auto‑business leasing company. Operating since 2016, it comprises Soft Leasing LLC (since 2016), FINCOM LLC (2018), Roodell LLC (2020), and FINCOM RENT LLC (2022). The group employs over 60 people and has 12 regional branches.
FINCOM Leasing Group ranks among the top 5 leasing firms in Uzbekistan by number of contracts and has been recognized as the best in lease volume with individuals in 2019. In addition, in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, FINCOM Leasing Group was among the top 10 lessors in terms of the volume of transactions concluded and the size of its leasing portfolio, and was the leader in the car leasing market.
Over its operation, the group has signed more than 3,000 leasing contracts and over 15,000 financial rental agreements with individuals. FINCOM Leasing Group is the main financial partner and organizer of LADA LEASING, Kia LEASING, CHERY LEASING, HAVAL LEASING, and GAZ LEASING programs.
ADMC DASAN LLC produces automotive plastic parts such as front and rear bumpers, door trims, roof rails, center consoles, and other key plastic elements for vehicle body and interior. Established in 2023 as a joint venture and ceremonially opened on May 27, 2025, the factory is located on a 0.62 ha site in Jizzakh SEZ.
The project aligns with the state's strategy for localization of auto components and is initially focused on supplying parts for the Kia Sonet model, with plans to expand to all ADM Global CKD models in he future.
The facility is designed to supply components for over 40,000 vehicles per year including storage and logistics infrastructure.
Parts are assembled from OEM subcomponents developed by Hyundai Motor Group and Kia Motors Corporation, sourced from multiple countries. The main logistics and trade partner is Hyundai Glovis India. Raw materials come from leading global Korean suppliers (such as Daeha, LG Chemicals, Samyang) and local provider MEP from Tashkent, which helps strengthen domestic supply chains and supports further localization.
ADM COMPONENT LLC manufactures and sells body and chassis parts including body frame structures, door frames and sills, cross members, and torsion bars. The company was established in 2023 and is located in the Jizzakh SEZ on a 0.55 ha site.
Serial production began on April 15, 2024. The company specializes in localized supply of body parts for the Kia Sonet.
Production rollout is planned in three stages: Stage 1: creation of 81 jobs, capacity for 50,000 vehicle kits; Stage 2: an additional 59 jobs, increasing capacity to 100,000 kits; Stage 3: creation of 180 more jobs, expanding capacity to 150,000 kits.
KCC PAINTS LLC is an automotive coatings manufacturing workshop where processes such as mixing, color matching, and color harmony are localized. Founded in 2023 and located on 0.35 ha in Jizzakh SEZ.
The company has footprints in 12 countries (USA, Korea, Japan, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, Germany). Partners include Hyundai Motor Company, Kia Motors Corporation, UK silicone manufacturer Basildon, and DuPont – Paints & Coatings.
“YOUNGSAN” LLC - is a workshop for the production of front/rear car seats, where processes such as polyurethane foam injection molding, assembly, testing, and material identification are localized. The enterprise was established in 2023 and is located on an area of 0.44 hectares in the “Jizzakh” FEZ.
The start of mass production is planned for August 2024. Also, in the second phase (from 2025), processes such as cutting, sewing, gaskets, filling, finishing, cutting, stitching, bending, spot welding, CO2 welding, grinding, and semi-assembly will be localized.
DMC JIZZAKH LLC produces rubber seals for vehicle door openings, windows, roofs, trunks, and engine compartments. Localized processes such as CMB mixing, FMB finishing, multi‑screw extrusion, vulcanization and sub‑assembly are implemented. Founded in 2023 on a 0.35 ha site in Jizzakh SEZ.
Its main partner is DMC Inc. (South Korea). The company also holds supply agreements with GM Korea, GM Brasil, GM North America and UzAuto Motors.
“ADM STAMPING” LLC – is a manufacturer of stamped panels for automobile bodies. The workshop has localized processes such as cutting steel sheets, stamping and shaping automobile body parts. The enterprise was established on January 17, 2024 and is located in the “Jizzakh” FEZ on an area of 4.7 hectares, of which 12,000 sq.m. – is production space.
The expected number of employees for 2025 is 74, and with an increase in production volumes, the maximum number of employees will be increased to 150 people. The capacity of the enterprise is designed to produce 120 thousand sets of panels per year.
Modern 6-axis robots from the South Korean company ABB are used to transfer panels between presses. Today, the enterprise has established cooperation with Kia Corporation, Hyundai Steel, Posco Steel, Hanwoo Global and Hyundai Corporation.
“ADM ELECTRICS” LLC produces electrical equipment, tape recorders, signals, antennas and other components for vehicles. The enterprise was established in 2023 in the Asaka district of Andijan region and began its activities on May 31, 2024. The total land area of ADM Electrics is 3.2 hectares, with production buildings with a total area of 4.5 thousand square meters. By the end of 2024, the number of employees was about 300 people, and by the end of 2025, the number is expected to reach 1,200 people. Annual production volume: 100,000 automotive wiring harnesses, 50,000 units – multimedia systems, engine air filters, car antennas and window regulators, as well as heating, ventilation and air purification systems.
