Career development with ADM Global and experience working with international automotive brands

On April 18, 2024, the “Career Fair 2024” was held at Webster University in Tashkent. The event was attended by representatives of the ADM Global group of companies, the official distributor of Kia, CHERY, HAVAL, Hyundai Truck & Bus automobile brands in Uzbekistan, as well as the ADM Jizzakh plant, which is part of the ADM Global group of companies, the first automobile plant built with private investment in Uzbekistan.

The stand providing information about the vacancies of the ADM Global group of companies was visited by many students – It attracted the attention of students who are citizens of Uzbekistan and citizens of foreign countries such as Switzerland, Turkey, etc., as well as parents of students who visited the job fair. Participants were offered to scan a unique QR code for quick access to the jobs.adm.uz page, which displays current vacancies, and flyers with information about the ADM Global group of companies in two languages \u200b\u200b- Uzbek and Russian were distributed.

- I have been following the news about ADM Global for a long time. Recently, I saw in my news feed that ADM Jizzakh is planning to achieve a 25 percent share in the Uzbek automobile market. I think it will be quite easy to achieve this indicator, as I see more and more Kia, CHERY, HAVAL cars on the roads. I think that the experience of working with international brands is a great opportunity to realize my professional ambitions, and as a student of an international university, it will be very useful for me, - - one of the students of Webster University shared his thoughts.

- I am from Switzerland. I am happy that I am gaining the necessary knowledge for my undergraduate degree. The job fair was very interesting for me. After talking with representatives of the group of companies, I do not exclude the option of staying in Uzbekistan and working for ADM Global after graduation, if a suitable job opportunity is available for me. For me, this is an opportunity to immerse myself in an intercultural environment, enrich my experience of international cooperation and broaden my horizons in terms of professional growth, - shared one of the students from Switzerland, who participated in the international exchange and internship program.
