The first month of spring in the Uzbek auto market saw a steady rise. Kia, CHERY, and HAVAL vehicles were sold in Uzbekistan, totaling 3,659 units. These changes are transforming not only overall sales volumes but also the structure of demand. New Energy Vehicles (NEV) technologies are attracting increasing attention: hybrid models are rapidly expanding beyond a niche segment and becoming the choice of mainstream buyers.

In the mid-size SUV segment, the Sportage maintained a strong position, with 131 vehicles sold. Among business sedans, the K5 is in demand, having been purchased by 125 customers.
Other models in the Kia lineup also contribute to the brand's expanding presence in various market segments:

The growing interest in NEV technologies is particularly noteworthy: the brand's hybrid models are gradually entering the mass market in Uzbekistan, attracting more and more car enthusiasts. The new Arrizo 8 Hybrid and Tiggo 8 Hybrid models were sold in 51 business sedans and 31 crossovers, respectively.
The brand's sales growth in March confirms the steady strengthening of CHERY's position in our country. At the same time, the growing interest in hybrid models demonstrates that environmentally friendly and technologically advanced solutions are gradually becoming a part of the everyday choice of car enthusiasts in Uzbekistan.
HAVAL: Sales in March 2026 increased 1.7 times compared to March 2025
Interest in the brand's vehicles continues to grow rapidly. March ended with 813 vehicles sold - 15.5% more than in February 2026 and 1.7 times higher than the same period last year.
The M6 remains the best-selling crossover, with 774 units sold. The Jolion SUV showed strong demand, making it into the top 10 most popular vehicles in March, with 416 units, and the H6 with 226. The remaining models were distributed as follows:
- H9 - 43 flagship full-size SUVs.

Sales dynamics indicate steady growth in demand for the brand's models. HAVAL is consistently strengthening its position, increasing its share in the crossover and SUV segment.
Since the beginning of 2026, it has been clear that the automotive sector in our country continues to develop, with crossovers remaining the core of sales. Demand for Kia vehicles remains strong, and competition is intensifying - HAVAL surpassed CHERY in sales volume in March. At the same time, interest in CHERY's hybrid models, the Arrizo 8 Hybrid and Tiggo 8 Hybrid, is growing. They are gradually emerging from their niche segment and are increasingly influencing the market structure.
