Anniversary Kia Sonet: 10,000th car rolled off the ADM Jizzakh assembly line

On January 23, 2025, the ADM Jizzakh Automobile Plant reached an important production milestone - it produced the 10,000th Kia Sonet. This milestone demonstrates the high popularity of the model, which in 2024 became the leader in sales among Kia cars in Uzbekistan and has won the trust of local consumers.

ADM Jizzakh is the first automobile plant in Uzbekistan established on the basis of private investment. It is the Kia Sonet crossover that is of particular importance to the enterprise, which is the first Kia model produced in the country according to a full technological cycle (CKD), including welding, painting and body assembly. Production of Sonet cars was launched in March 2024, and since the start of assembly production, the localization rate of the model has reached 30%.

The road to success

The production of the 1,000th Kia Sonet in July 2024 was a turning point for the plant.

Over the next six months, the volume of car production increased 10 times due to growing demand and high consumer confidence.
