Sales results of Kia, CHERY and HAVAL in Uzbekistan as of August 2024

Kia: Total sales volume amounted to 1966 units
In August, the Kia Sonet crossover became the most popular among Uzbek consumers. This month, 1,093 cars of this model were sold.
The next in terms of sales volume is the Kia Sportage with 306 units.
The third place was taken by the Kia Sorento with 219 units sold.
The fourth place in terms of sales was taken by several models: K5, Kia Seltos and Carens.

The analysis of Kia car sales by regions of Uzbekistan in August 2024 is as follows:
- Tashkent city – 43.7 percent;
- Samarkand region – 10.2 percent;
- Kashkadarya region – 6.3 percent;
- Navoi region – 6.1 percent;
- Bukhara region – 5.8 percent;
- Ferg‘ona region – 4.8 percent;
- Khorezm region – 4.6 percent;
- Jizzakh region – 4.4 percent;
- Andijan region – 4.2 percent;
- Surkhandarya region – 4.0 percent;
- Syrdarya region – 2.2 percent;
- Republic of Karakalpakstan – 2.1 percent;
- Namangan region – 1.6 percent.
Statistical data for the reporting month showed that 67.9 percent of the total number of buyers were men, and 32.1 percent were women.
In turn, an analysis of the age structure of Kia car buyers showed the following:
- 18-24 – 2.9 percent;
- 25-29 – 5.6 percent;
- 30-34 – 10.7 percent;
- 35-39 – 17.5 percent;
- 40-44 – 16.8 percent;
- 45-49 – 13.5 percent;
- 50 and older – 33.1 percent.
Chery: A total of 679 cars were sold in August 2024

In terms of the number of cars sold, the Tiggo 7 Pro maintained its leadership throughout the summer of 2024. In August, 345 crossovers were sold, which accounted for 50.8 percent of the total volume of Chery cars sold. This is 1.18 times more than in July.
In second place was Arrizo 6 Pro, with 255 units sold, or 37.6 percent of the total volume.
Tiggo 8 Pro and Tiggo 8 Pro Max sold a total of 79 units (11.6 percent of total Chery sales).
Sales by region in August 2024 are as follows:
- Tashkent city - 30.9 percent;
- Bukhara region - 12.8 percent;
- Samarkand region - 10.5 percent;
- Kashkadarya region – 9.1 percent;
- Navoi region – 8.7 percent;
- Khorezm region – 6.0 percent;
- Surkhandarya region – 5.6 percent;
- Fergana region – 4.6 percent;
- Namangan region – 4.3 percent;
- Andijan region – 4.1 percent;
- Jizzakh region – 2.7 percent;
- Republic of Karakalpakstan – 0.7 percent.
According to an analysis of the gender distribution of Chery car buyers among individuals, men accounted for 69 percent and women for 31 percent. At the same time, the share of buyers under 30 years old was 11.3 percent, while among those aged 30 and older, this figure was much higher, amounting to 88.7 percent.
HAVAL's sales in August 2024 were more than 2.5 times higher than those in July

A total of 369 M6, JOLION, H6 and DARGO cars were sold in August 2024. This result was 1.74 times higher than the total sales figures for June and 2.5 times higher than those for July.
In all three summer months of 2024, the M6 remained the leader among HAVAL brand models sold in Uzbekistan. The number of SUVs sold in August amounted to 223 units, which corresponds to 60.4% of the brand's total models sold.
The updated JOLION (after the facelift) with a sporty look took second place in the number of HAVAL cars sold with 92 units (25 percent).
According to the sales results, the M6 and JOLION were followed by 33 H6 (8.9 percent) and 21 DARGO (5.7 percent) models.
29.8% of sales were in Tashkent city, 24.4% - Bukhara region, 13.8% - Surkhandarya region, 13.6 percent - Samarkand region, 13 percent - Andijan region and 5.4 percent - other regions.
In August 2024, 77.1 percent of HAVAL car buyers among individuals were men and 22.9 percent were women. Of these, the share of individuals over 30 years old was 90.9 percent, and the share of buyers under 30 years old was 9.1 percent, respectively.
